Real hinge of the city, this plaza, posts to the intersection among Course Umberto I and Street Marquise German, you/he/she is surmounted by the steep cliff of the castle, on which it detaches an eighteenth-century tower with clock.  On the right the ex convent of the Dominicans is found, today center of the Town hall and the adjoining church of St. Domenico (sec.XIV) it was destroyed from the 1613 earthquake and you/he/she was reconstructed in 1678.
