Often their history was stravolta and mortified. This deterioration has to be stopped and we believe that we must work because the value of tuna to be recovered, enhanced and made available at the universal level. And not just the particular architectural heritage that has been there from dozens of existing Sicilian tuna until a few years ago, but also their experience, their stories, their habits.
